Criteria for 2010 IRA Contributions

Each year questions arise regarding LBL’s treatment of prior year IRA contributions received after the tax filing deadline. The IRS rule is that the contribution must be mailed/postmarked by the tax return date, unless it falls on a holiday or weekend.
