Genworth
Genworth Product Specific Training Update - Web-Based as of 10/1/11
Genworth has recently transitioned to web-based product specific training. All producers in states that have adopted the NAIC annuity training requirements must take the web training. This replaces the attestation forms we previously required. Producers have a 40-day window to complete the online training. Applications received after November 10th in states that require the product specific training will be returned if the producer has not taken the training prior to submitting the business. This training is easy and can be taken all at once or one product at a time. Once the training is done, we’ll have a permanent record on file – something we were not able to do with the paper training forms.
