SPIA Rate Decrease 06/06/11
A benefit decrease will be announced for a June 6, 2011 effective date. Any premium received after Monday, June 13, 2011 will be subject to this new rate scale. Paperwork received on or before Monday, June 13, 2011 for 1035 exchanges/transfers will lock in the existing rate scale.
